Refund Policy

GoAIRap credit packs are sold by Orbitlane Labs LLC and paid through Stripe on goairap.com. Prices are in USD and include applicable tax.

Credit packs

• Packs are one-time purchases: Starter $9.90 (200 credits), Plus $19.90 (500 credits), Pro $29.90 (900 credits).
• One standard 15-second 720p clip uses about 100 credits. The exact credit cost is shown before you generate.

Failed generations

• If a generation fails on our side, the reserved credits are returned to your account automatically.
• If you believe a failure was not refunded, email [email protected] with your task ID.
• Differences in artistic taste alone (style, delivery, likeness detail) do not automatically qualify for a free redo.

Unused credits

• You may request a refund of a pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email [email protected] with your order number.
• Partially used packs are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Policy removals

Credits used on content removed for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.
