Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Orbitlane Labs LLC, which operates GoAIRap (goairap.com). By using GoAIRap you accept them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GoAIRap.

Your content

• You keep the rights you have in the portraits, audio and lyrics you upload.
• You confirm you own them or have explicit permission to use them, including the consent of every adult pictured.
• You give us a limited license to process your uploads to create and deliver your clips.
• You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

Generated clips

• You may download and use clips you create, subject to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the rights of others.
• AI output can vary. Exact likeness, lyric clarity and musical timing are not guaranteed.
• Default beats are demos only—not a music license. Commercial clearance for faces, lyrics and audio is your responsibility.

Credits and payment

• Generation uses credits bought in one-time packs on goairap.com through Stripe. Prices are in USD and include applicable tax.
• The credit cost of a clip is shown before you generate.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Availability

We work to keep GoAIRap available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, templates and engines may change over time.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, GoAIRap is provided "as is", and Orbitlane Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Separate products

GoAIRap and ClipmivoAI are independent products of Orbitlane Labs LLC. These terms cover GoAIRap only.
