Privacy Policy

GoAIRap (goairap.com) is operated by Orbitlane Labs LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use GoAIRap and how we use it.

What we collect

1. Account information — your name and email address when you create an account.
2. Content you submit — portraits, audio, lyrics and prompts you upload to create a clip, and the clips we generate for you.
3. Payment information — purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive the order status, amount and the email used at checkout; we never see or store your full card number.
4. Usage and device data — pages visited, features used, browser and device type, used to keep the service running and improve it.
5. Cookies — needed for sign-in and preferences; any analytics cookies follow the consent choice shown on the site where required.

How we use it

• To create, store and deliver your clips.
• To run your account, credits and orders, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To answer support requests and handle takedown reports.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded portraits or audio to train models.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run GoAIRap—payment processing (Stripe), hosting, email, storage and AI generation providers—under contracts that limit their use of it to providing the service.

Retention

Uploaded inputs and generated clips are kept while your account is active so you can download them, and can be deleted on request. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct or delete your account data, and ask for a copy of it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law.

Children

GoAIRap is for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and uploads of minors are prohibited.
